Privacy Statement

This privacy statement has been drawn up in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and is effective as of May 25, 2018, for all customers and suppliers of Pratissoli.nl.

This statement is intended to provide clarity regarding the data we collect from you.

To request, modify, or delete your data, you can contact us via our contact page.

We distinguish between 'online', 'offline', and 'paper' storage.

  • Online, we use a secure, self-developed web application. In this application, we store your data that we need for daily business operations. This includes your contact details and scheduling your orders.
  • Offline, we use internally developed software for invoicing, financial processing, and accounting.
  • Once a year, we generate an annual report from the offline software, in which all relevant online and offline data are retained in paper form.

What data is stored?

  • The following contact details are stored online: your (company) name, address(es), email(s), and telephone number(s). If you are a customer, your orders and associated details are also stored here.
  • We keep an offline copy of the online data, linked to your billing and banking details, your invoices, and your payment details.
  • An annual report is maintained on paper in which your (company) name, invoices, and order and planning data are recorded.

Why do we store this data? The data we collect from you is used to carry out our work for you, for the (financial) handling of this work, and for our accounting. Under no circumstances will your data be provided to third parties for purposes other than those mentioned above.

How long is the data stored?

  • The online data will be deleted if you have not done business with us for more than 1 (financial) year and there is no indication that this will change in the future.
  • The offline data will be retained for at least one (financial) year after the annual report has been prepared for ongoing and/or unfinished matters. As soon as all outstanding matters with you have been concluded, this data will also be deleted.
  • We retain the paper records for as long as the Tax Authorities require us to do so. At the time of drafting this statement, the tax retention period is 7 years.
